About Me
Pastry has been my passion since I was a kid. I have completed the certificate program of professional baking in the Winnipeg’s Red River College. Before I moved to Ottawa, I worked with pastry chefs Doug Krahn and Betty Lai in the Greengates Restaurant for a year.
